Wilmar, Yihai Kerry's parent company engages in the entire supply chain from oil palm cultivation to processing and merchandising of palm oil. Palm oil is processed into edible oils, specialty fats, oleochemicals and biodiesel. Yihai Kerry offers a wide selection of culinary fats with zero/low trans-fatty acid and these include baking fat, chocolate fat, frying fat and ice cream fat manufactured currently in Wilmar's facilities in Asia and Europe. In future, more production facilities worldwide will be equipped with such capability.
