In December 2013, Wilmar International, the parent company of Yihai Kerry, announced its NDPE (No Deforestation, No Peat, No Exploitation) policy for palm plantations and palm products. This core policy, signed by the Group Chairman, commits to "no deforestation", "no development on peatlands", and "no exploitation of labor and communities". It covers Wilmar International's global palm oil operations and the entire supply chain of third-party suppliers, aiming to promote the sustainable development of the palm oil industry.
